Weather

The weather is generally mild with relatively long days throughout the year. Summer temperatures in December to February range from around 15 to 27 degrees Celsius (60 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit), while in the winter months of June to August average temperatures are between 7 to 20 degrees Celsius (45 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit).

The control room, which is the nerve centre of Century City, is in radio contact with our team of security personnel throughout Century City. The security officials patrol on foot, on bicycle and in both marked and unmarked response vehicles.
Furthermore, certain precincts in Century City are also boom-controlled and manned 24 hours a day.
In addition to the above, all road-based public transport vehicles (buses and minibus-taxis) travelling to Century City, must use Century City's public transport interchange off Ratanga Road. In this manner, road safety is enhanced by the elimination of extraneous public transport services through the site. Public transport within the city is via an internal shuttle service that continuously travels Century Boulevard and is managed by the Century City Property Owners' Association
